Your Data Rights

Export — You can export all your data at any time. This includes your conversation history and the personal knowledge your agent has built about you.
Delete — You can request deletion of your personal data. Deletion removes your personal knowledge and conversation history from Thinklio's systems.
Portability — If you leave a team, your personal knowledge goes with you. You don't lose what your agent has learned about you when you change teams or organisations.

For Administrators

Administrators can manage organisation-level data through the admin console, including:

Organisation knowledge bases
Team knowledge
Agent configurations and histories

Deletion of organisation data affects all members. This action is irreversible — take care before proceeding.
