Andrew Schox

Andrew is a clinician and technologist with a career spanning healthcare delivery, organisational governance, and technology leadership. His qualifications cross clinical practice, business, and technology — a combination that gives him a rare cross-disciplinary perspective on complex problems.

Over two decades he has led clinical teams, founded technology companies, and advised organisations on governance frameworks. That experience taught him the difference between tools that survive a board presentation and toys that don't make it past the innovation lab.

He's been tracking the arc of AI for years, watching language models evolve from research curiosities into genuinely capable systems. His conviction: the next decade will be defined not by what AI can do, but by how well we govern what it does.

Thinklio is built on that conviction. Organisations won't adopt AI agents at scale until the governance story is as strong as the capability story. The technology to build governed, auditable, cost-controlled agents finally exists — and Andrew started Thinklio to make sure it gets built right.
