What Your Agent Remembers

What Your Agent Remembers

Your agent extracts and stores facts from your conversations to serve you better over time. These facts include things like:

  • Your preferences (communication style, output format, areas of focus)
  • Project details and context
  • Decisions and outcomes you've discussed
  • People and organisations you've mentioned
  • Recurring topics relevant to your work

Layers of Memory

Knowledge is stored in distinct layers:

  • Personal knowledge — facts about you, visible only to you
  • Team knowledge — shared context visible to all team members
  • Organisation knowledge — company-wide information set by administrators

Your agent knows which layer each fact belongs to and applies the right access rules when serving different people.

Reviewing What's Stored

You can ask your agent directly: "What do you know about me?" or "What have you learned from our conversations?" Your agent will summarise its personal knowledge about you.
