Getting Help

If you can't find the answer in this guide, there are several ways to get support.

Contact Support

Use the [contact page](/contact) to reach the Thinklio team. Include as much detail as possible:

  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • Any error messages you saw
  • Which channel you were using

Asking Your Agent

Your agent can answer many questions about how Thinklio works. Try asking:

  • "How do I connect a new channel?"
  • "What does the governance policy mean?"
  • "How do I export my data?"

Administrator Support

If you are a team member experiencing an issue that might be related to your organisation's configuration, contact your team or organisation administrator first. Many settings (tool access, budget limits, agent behaviour) are controlled at the admin level.
